Tarrant County Mortgage Business
So what troubles is anyone having with the mortgage industry? Realtors welcome to voice your verdict too. Trouble with loans or appraisers? Have alot of the predatory lenders vanished? They all should be in jail, the bastards. Lenders will have to be followed alot closer to stop these sharks from cheating anymore people. I know of some very good lenders that will do whatever they can to help out a customer. So I know there are still
some lenders that I will refer business too.. then some I wouldnt piss on if they were on fire.
I have seen that the lenders are easing up and changing some of thier requirements. There has to be some type of changes, the sub prime borrowers are a huge part of the industry. Those predatory lenders that raped all those customers need thier ass thrown in jail. They are a disgrace and the lending industry needs to be changed bigtime. Certain people should not be allowed in the business. Ones that get caught once are banned forever, cant give these badits a second chance to many good people are getting screwed.

The mortgage companies have been cutting back for obvious reasons. They lost over 10.5 Billion dollars in 2009 alone because of people backing out of mortgages. They were doing a lot of no money down loans and it just bit them in the rear when it came down to paying off the principle.
