OK now is the time for the goblins to sneak around and scare the daylights out of people.   Many haunted houses around the metroplex. For many years I have been going to them all over the Ft Worth area. Who all likes to go to these attractions?

How fed up are you people that have to drive this road everyday? All the red lights and stop and go traffic must suck royally !!! Are they ever going to get it where you can travel from Azle to Lake Worth in a decent amount of time?

  This real estate market is not as bad as the indiots on the news are telling everyone. D\FW market is not and never has been in the same boat as California,Florida,Nevada and those other states that are in bad shape.

  Our little market has still plugged right along, it has some slow downs but far from the doom and gloom of the news casters.. Remember if that person telling you facts and figures and how bad thr market is, is NOT out there selling real estate everyday then they have no clue of reality.

 Why in the hell is the price of natural gas,propane all going sky high?  We are sitting on the largest pocket of natural gas in the universe, ( ok almost ).. Prices still go up, why?  Don't give me the line of crap that demand is up, the demand id the same as it was three years ago. When supply goes up prices go down is the law of supply and demand. Whats wrong with the picture then?    Seems we are being bent over a barrel just for the companies own greedy reasons,  because?  THEY CAN do it to us and no one will say a word....  Well something needs to be done for damn sure this is just ridiculous, they can try to justify and lie all they want but it still wont make me beleive their line of BS..  

What was everyone's thought about the play so far?  Or what is your thoughts about the event in general?

I am so amazed ( more like astounded ) that they did not renew her contract for whatever reason. In MY opinion the person that made that decision is a pure moron and has no clue of running a business !!!!  Could it have been pure jealousy to cause this absurd decision? Hmmmmmmmmm  pretty strange to get rid of the best weather person since Harold Taft !!  I think Taft even hired Ms Miller before he died.   But we have stopped watching anything to do with that channel now.   So Rebecca we are pulling for you and I am sure the only looser here will be channel 5 and that staff that made you even more popular !!!

Well this real estate market in Ft Worth Texas sure has gotten goofy. Last two months have been  good for me, I have had 5 closings myself in the last 40 days.  Seems the market bounces up for a few weeks then slows down for a few. Things could be alot worse, in all honesty its not near as bad as the news people say . But you know I have never ever seen a news person that activley sells real estate !! They read numbers that are from some morons that try to make out the whole country as having the same market. IMPOSSIBLE !!! D\FW real estate is no where near the market of west or east coast.  We did not have the wild appreciation as they did, we stayed steady just plugging on along and that shows now. We have some foreclosures, ( which is a big part of my market )   As long as interest rates stay like they are the real estate business will be fine.   What is your take on the market?  Doesnt matter if your a Realtor, for sale by owner or a buyer..
